TRADITIONAL CHINESE MEDICINE

In TCM, the mind and the body are very closely connected.  What affects us emotionally has an impact on us physically.  Also, when the body is unwell, it can affect how we feel emotionally and cause stress.   There are acupressure points on the body which, when stimulated, can calm emotions and balance the organs.  Acupuncture, used in combination with Qigong breathing exercises, meditation, and occasionally traditional herbs, can have an enormous affect on one’s state of mind.  With a calmer mind, we can better deal with all of life’s adventures!
